Gratitude The other night I told my wife that I thought I was gonna be here for a long time, I said it with a confidence that I have not carried at any time in this journey. She asked me why I thought that? My answer is simply this: I have never felt so attuned to my mind, body, and spirit. Because of this, my life force is burning hot, and I am creating an environment in my body that is untenable to cancer. I do daily intentional work in order to reinforce the inner citadel that protects and preserves the life force. Yup, I said it just like that, and I believe it all in the most deepest of ways.
